Rosso Dolce

Sweet red wine A red dessert wine obtained through an antique method which imparts a deep red color. Decidedly attractive with all of the aromas typical of the Cesanese grape which imparts an harmonious sweetness that brings to mind berry jam with a slight almond finish. Excellent after meals with cookies, biscotti or dry pastries.

VINEYARDS are found in the Olevano Romano area 350 m above sea level
VINIFICATION: Vinification in steel with low-temperature maceration of skins for four days, fermentation  interruption with frequent filtering and  maturing  in steel at a  controlled temperature of 12°C.
Colour: dark red garnet
Description: intense
Aroma:  very fruity
Taste: almond flavour
Food match: ideal with desserts and at the end of a meal
